This membership plan is great for persons who does not have health insurance coverage and even for those who have insurance coverage, this will help you to not claim routine check-ups from your health insurance and having you not paying out of pocket for those checkups. Your monthly payments gives you a higher claim amount. With this membership card, you have a monthly payment that is due on the last or first day of each month. You can however breakdown your payment into two parts and pay every two weeks ​
