All specimens collected at our facility are processed and forwarded to Quest Diagnostics, a renowned leader in diagnostic testing. Results are meticulously generated by Quest Diagnostics and promptly sent to the ordering physician for thorough review.

It's simple. Patients can conveniently log in to their Ulta Lab Test Account to view their results online. Alternatively, for those who prefer mobile access, the My Quest App provides an easy and secure platform to access and store your lab results for future reference.

Using your health insurance?
If you're utilizing insurance for your testing needs, rest assured that we'll handle the submission of your insurance information to Quest Diagnostics along with your specimen. Billing will be managed directly by Quest Diagnostics, and should there be any patient responsibility associated with the test, you may receive a bill via mail. Please note that our collection site does not engage in insurance billing processes.
